How connections work
You connect a bank by signing in at the bank itself, through a licensed open-banking provider. You approve read-only access there, and from then on your balances and transactions sync on their own. We never see your bank password, and read-only means nothing can move your money.
How much history comes in depends on your bank, up to two years. Coverage is bank by bank, so a listed country does not mean every bank in it is available. For anything we can't connect, add a manual account or import a CSV, OFX, or Excel file. It lands in the same budget, converted to your home currency like everything else.
